Proven producer of top Competitive Dressage Horses and show Champions.

Imported to NZ in 2005 as a foundation stallion for Corban Iberians' stud, Gotico Park Escamillo was chosen for his easy-going temperment, movement, and breed type. Following our purchase, Escamillo took the Reserve Champion Ridden stallion and in-hand titles at the Royal Sydney Show in Australia.

At the 2001 Australasian Revision he received very good scores from the judges - a total of 79.75, receiving good marks for his conformation (9 for his croup), 8.5 for his movement and type. Many have commented over the years on his exceptional temperment and his ground covering extended trot.

He has good straight paces, with suspension and good extension.

Escamillo has produced many fine pure and partbreds, particularly good riding horses, many of which have won show titles or achieved competitive success. He passes on his great temperment, good conformaiton and movement. His progeny have competed successfully in open dressage competition, one at the Sydney CDI 3* Championships twice placing 7th overall in a large field of warmbloods with scores to 72.8%.
